A clear day.

Think of it like a mini-retreat. There’s something you’re trying to work out and it feels like it needs a bit of space and a bit of attention.

Sometimes it’s enough just to get on a call and talk it out for an hour. Other times, though, you can tell it’s going to need a bit more than that. A kind of spaciousness. Some help to sift through the different pieces and see what matters most. To see what you’re not seeing.

On a clear day we make the time and space that’s needed.

Some people arrive with one big question. They talk. I listen. They talk some more. We have lunch, we go for a walk - and then we spend the afternoon getting it clearer and clearer until we get to something that lands.

Other people bring a shopping list. Big things, little things, urgent things, vague long-term aspirations. We might spend half the day working out what actually matters. Or we might just tick them off one-by-one.

Time

If it sounds like it might be what you need, pick a time and call me for a chat. We can talk a little about what you’re trying to get clear on - and about what shape the day might take. It’s typically two sessions of three hours with lunch and a walk inbetween.

Money

The rate for the full-day is typically £1500-£2000. I’m quite flexible with what and how people pay though, depending on circumstances. So, just let me know if you might need to make a different arrangement.

Place

I’m based a few minutes drive from Bristol Parkway station one way and the M32 the other. And a few minutes walk from the endless woods of the Frome Valley or the green fields of the Stoke Park Estate.

“I came away from the day with a clear and easy to use process to explore and test what it is that motivates a person (be it myself or someone I am trying to help)…I have successfully used the process to understand myself and my motivations better. I have also shared the process with a number of other people, and without exception they have found it easy to use and insightful.'' - Professor John D. Kelleher, Dublin Institute of Technology
